FRONT DOOR

(DOOR FL/ DOOR FR)

Front doors both left and right:

• make sure doors are well closed (the red led near the door magnet should be lit up)

REAR DOOR

(DOOR RL/ DOOR RR)

Rear doors both left and right:

• make sure doors are well closed (the red led near the door magnet should be lit up)

SIDE DOOR

(DOOR SIDE)

Side panels on machine both left and right:

• make sure they are well connected (the red led near the connector should be lit up)

Front or rear needle bed:

• make sure needles are in good state and can move up and down smoothly
• check jacks are in a good state and well aligned (not sticking out at the bottom).
• If there are any broken needles or jacks, make a good inspection to make sure there are no small pieces like butts lying around anywhere near the needle bed.

Next to brushes on carriage:

•  clear or push down the float triggering the sensor and make sure the metal piece is in a vertical position

Under needle beds:

• pull the fabric a little
• make sure there is no yarn tangled in the rollers

YARN TOP

(YARN T)

Tension arm on top yarn control unit:

• pull the yarn from the cone's end to set back tension 
• rethread in case the yarn is broken or finished
• adjust tension if necessary

Knot sensor:

• check the yarn for knots
• move the metal latch to the original position

YARN SIDE

(YARN S)

Tension arm on lateral yarn control unit:

• check for possible broken yarn and rethread
• reset tension with pink sliders if necessary
