The Options column appears on the left side of the screen when we zoom in on a canvas.

It shows information regarding the settings of the knit for each row (from left to right):
- Row number: to be read from bottom to top
- Rack: -4.0 to +4.0 range. Also accepts half-pitch values (+0.5/ -0.5)
- Speed: up to 800 mm/sec
- Roll (Roller pull-down): -500 to 999
- S/F (Stitch size front bed) and S/R (Stitch size rear bed): 0 to 15
- Dir (Carriage direction):
- 0> Left to right (forced)
- <1 Right to left (forced)
- <2 / 2> Any: The program sets the directions automatically according to the carriage movements and the feeder’s position.
- Yarn (yarn carrier): 1 to 6 for knitting rows / 0 for NO YARN (necessary for transfer operations)
The column can be hidden with the little dark gray tab on the left.
These options can only be freely edited by using the command Free edit from the layers’ menu.
They can also be set by block using the “Edit options column” command or when inserting the specific parameters for each different command, as we will learn more deeply in the following section.
