- Identify which jack needs replacement. The jack may have a broken butt for example.
- Slide the cover rail to the side. You may have to remove the side panel.
- Take out the jack you want to replace.
- Place the bottom of the new jack and guide it into the groove.
- Make sure to always maintain in which the jacks are positioned in the machine. Find more information on this here.
- Any changes to the pattern may cause the machine to select needles wrongly.
- Slide the cover rail back.
- Place the side panel back.
