    Hi Lila Rousselet. It is my understanding that only DAK9 (and I assume future DAK versions) can export Kniterate compatible files. It might be helpful to email someone at Softbyte to confirm this.

    Thanks @OJ! I will check for stuck yarns. It may also be the light issue? The lights in the machine room are motion activated, so it can sometimes get dark in the middle of a knit.

    Roller Error?

    I've been getting a lot of “Error: Roller” messages on the machine screen. Typically If I hit the button to resume the knitting it keeps going. Does anyone know what this error means?
