First thing noticed - is it in dissembled state ? you need to fully assemble machine and connect all the wires according to manual. Second thing is try closing all the doors/windows(front/back) and...

half of the yarn feeder latches on the top of the carriage goes off ? pull all your yarns through and wrap them around bolt on the left side, make sure nothing is loose and top sensors are not red...

try moving head and yarn feeders all the way to the right or left - make sure all sensors are in vertical position and try again, do you get anything on LED screen ?

On the left lower front side of machine press and turn clockwise large red button to make sure its not pressed in.

Locate your two clump sensors - put them down or loosen them up slighly and rotate until they click.
