Error: DoorRL

I just got my Kniterate but when I turn it on I get this Error: DoorRL

I have not used the machine before, it is the first time I turn it on, I have tried opening and closing the door and turning the machine on and off

has anybody else had this problem? and how could I solve it?

  door magnet on Rear Left - you can also even ziptie around the door hole and make sure magnetic connection registers
