    Hi Catriona. We are sorry our online support doesn't seem to be enough to get this issue with the chain fixed permanently. Given your machine is within the warranty period, the best thing is for us to arrange the pickup of your machine to get it sent to Barcelona, so we can service it properly before returning it to you.
