New Facebook group for Kniterate current and future owners

If you have received or have a Kniterate on order, please consider joining the Facebook group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/kniterate.

I understand privacy rules prevent the Kniterate company from sharing personal contact information on a global basis. This Facebook group is not endorsed or moderated in any fashion by Kniterate, Inc.

I also understand not everyone is comfortable with Facebook but it is a closed group. I've used this model successfully in the past for other machine knitting groups. It is a no drama, no bashing, no politics, no off topic group - dedicated to advancing the body of knowledge about Kniterate, yarns, sharing contact info with others, etc. It does not replace this community in any manner.

    Thank you Margit Tritt for creating this group for Kniterate users!

    I wanted to let you know that we are actively looking for a solution to accomodate the need for personal communication, as well as forum communication. Hopefully we will have more news on this before the end of this month. Will keep you posted here!

    Just a reminder about the Facebook group - it's becoming quite active with some good advice re: installation in your studio, shipping experiences, etc. https://www.facebook.com/groups/kniterate/about.

    Pass the word on to others but it's only for those who have ordered.

    Hi Margit,  my request to join the group on facebook was declined. Now that my machine has been paid for and on order please can you reverse that decision so I can join the group?
