Carriage breaks jacks

Hello everyone,
We need your help. When the carriage moves left and right across the needle bed, it breaks the jacks, so we’re unable to knit.
We also tried removing and reinstalling the needles and jacks, but unfortunately the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows how to fix it?
