Anyone in the US received their machine yet
I was in Batch 5 and, due to the literal years of delays with the pandemic, they were able to offer me a good price on the machine. Not as low as the initial offer, but very generous nonetheless. My question is really about the taxes, tariffs, and import fee processes: has anyone in the US gone through this already? I am wondering if I will be charged customs for the value of the machine (more than I paid) or for the amount that I actually paid.

I was batch one and they never me any emails about delivery. I have not received any machine.

Hi I have been following this thread because I am in the US and curious about when machines are actually arriving. From what I have seen delivery seems to depend on order date and location and some people have started receiving theirs, which is encouraging. I have also been looking into ways to plan projects and make the most of the machine once it arrives, and I found some useful resources on 5thAxis that could be helpful for design and setup ideas. I’m curious, for those who have received theirs, how smooth was the first setup? Did everything work as expected or were there any surprises?
