Shock sensor

Hello,

 

I keep getting “Shock rear” error and can't seem to figure out how to fix it.

I have tried everything you recommend doing in this forum. 

All the needles and jacks are in good shapes, and there's nothing around the needle bed. Tried adjusting the shock level, but the issue persists no matter what level I have the setting on.

Now I am wondering if it's actually the sensor itself that is malfunctioning.

Is there any way to check the sensors?

  Hi Bogil Lee , 

  The shock sensor usually triggers when it feels a strong vibration.

  I have a few questions:

  - Does it happen with different files? 

  - Does it always happen around the same row number? 

  - Have you noticed if the needles are hitting any feeders at some point? Could you run your file at a slow speed and check this?

  - Have you checked the needle beds for any elements that could be in the way of the carriage? ( a small part of a broken needle, etc)
