Trying to make my first swatch
I'm trying to make my first sample. I imported a sample (just a basic knit) from Designaknit and uploaded it to the design software. However, every time I knit, it knits the cast on rows perfectly fine, up until the transfer. After the transfer, the ribbing starts bunching and keeps causing “CLUMP” errors until it gets to a point that it can't move the carriage anymore and I stop in fear of breakage.
This is what my swatch is at the point of change. I tried maybe increasing the roller value so that it could pull - because I don't think it's pulling on the waste cast on (when I touch the roller (after the machine is turned off) the sample isn't through the rollers). I'm using the default 80 rows for waste cast on so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I would appreciate any help.
Yarn being used: Estilo Yarn

Hi Hyun,
The stitch size for the rib seems too small for the yarn you are using (according to my calculations, it's approximately 6Nm). Try setting the stitch size for the rib to ss 5 or 6, and the settings for the transfers to “stitch 0 roller 0 speed 100”.
If this still doesn't work please send your .buck or .json file to support@kniterate.com
Thanks!
