Needles not knitting
Greetings from Stockholm!
I am Bogil, a textile artist. I have been wrestling with my kniterate and couldn't really figure out what the issue was. So here I am, hoping to get help from you.
The problem I keep on having is that my machine sometimes fails to select needles to knit on the front bed, which leads to dropped or unwanted slip stitches. I've noticed that this almost aways occurs on every 6 needle, specifically where where the jack #6 is placed.
So far I have tried:
-using yarns of various weights
-adjusting tension on the yarns I am using
-inspecting all the needles and jacks
However, the issue remained. Now, I'm wondering if it's the carriage itself that makes this happen. Or is there anything else I can try?
I'd be most appreciative to hear any thoughts from you!

An update here.
I managed to take the carriage off the rail, and inspect it.
I found one of the selection blades is loose. I believe that is what has been causing the issue.
Now I'm wondering if this is something I can fix myself.
Please check out the video clip via the link below for a better view:
Thank you!

Hi Bogil Lee ,
I hope you are well.
It looks like the blade is broken. We can help you replace it.
Could you please check if there is a set of spare blades in the toolbox that came with the machine? We only started including them recently. In case you don't have them we'll send you a set along with instructions on how to change it.
Thanks!

Hi Adriana,
Thank you for the quick response.
Unfortunately, there are no spare blades in my toolbox.
Could you please give me your email so I can send you my post info?
Thank you for your help!
