Software for double colour work

Hi All,

I have been using the new software editor.kniterate and it's working really well. I find it very easy to use, however I want to do some double colour work and I'm not sure what version of the software im supposed to use? Is it preview.kniterate?

I find that version of the software has so many bugs that I really struggle to get a file ready to export.

If this is the right software do you think I should load a buck file from the new software into it?

Any help is appreciated.

  Where are you importing the image from for the design ?

  I have some png and jpeg files made from various sources. I’ve noticed that I can’t create the correct file type with the right colour settings for the new software so can only use the old software for the the colour work which is a little annoying.

  I’m using preview.kniterate for the colour work. Is this the right version for this?

  We have the same issues as you so are using the old software for import of patterns.

  Future releases of the new software I believe will allow import of patterns (as per the old software), but for now they need converting to use the right colours, or you need to use the old software until the new software is released allowing import of patterns.
