Latteral Yarn Control Tensioners
Today we noticed that Left lower tensioners on the lateral yarn controldon't have any give in them and don't know why. Previously they were sticking out a bit between rows. Does anyone know why this would be and if it could be affecting stitch sizing etc?

Not quite sure what you mean - you have the yarn tenaion set very high- we run ours with all then sliders at the bottom so much less tension -
Not sure how this would effect the knit but works for us :)

Thanks Tim Robert Ingemarsson
This is how it came out the box so haven’t touched them. Will play with them.
The question was around why the arms might be sitting along side the machine. Before they were sitting out a bit and pulling in when the machine was knitting. Just not sure what changed but worried that it’s adding lots of tension to the knit.
Will try your suggestion and see what impact it has.
Thanks

I think that If the yarn tensioners at the top are too tight, then it wont allow the yarn tensioners are the left to move out sufficiently..
The 2 work in combination to provide the perfect tension for your knit...
Our machine (and others( also came that way, but most people find they need to adjust once they start knitting Jacquard...

What about the knobs at the top what is the best position for them.

For our yarn (2/15) merino we have it pointing directly downwards. Seems to work well. You have to make it looser for thicker yarn and tighter for thinner yarn.
